As long as races or even tribes (the genereal genetic stock basically) are the same, then only issue would simply be cultural identity if the child is torn between different cultural backgrounds from the parents. This would be little to zero issues for Scandi/Other scandi or Scandi/Finn, but could already be a noticeable issue if we move to the other side of the Baltic sea, such as Scandi/Balt, and this keeps expanding the bigger the cultural and generic differences get. A perfectly white Germanic person who has lived in Albania and is culturally Albanian and religiously a muslim is still perfectly genetically compatible with a Scandinavian, but cultures clash hard and this will have an impact on the offspring.

Bonus trivia: I used to know a grill who was drastically mixed both genetically and culturally who didn't feel at home anywhere and just became a full on mutt in the US.

So if a half Somalian and Half Nordic/Swedish person were to have a kid with a full Nordic person would they be considered Nordic since they're technically 3/4 Nordic or?

It depends on the father, the children take up on the fathers traditions. Culture in family is passed down by fathers. If the father is nordic than the child will be culturally nordic
