That's a good idea for most but to me it means having to deal with bullshit from tenants and suppliers, or handing over alot of the profit to someone else to handle it.
What I might do is employ a local husband and wife who are 30 yrs younger than us. He can look after the property, and she can do our housekeeping. Then when we're old and fucked the two of them can look after us
