ITT: Habits of People Who Won't Make It

FOMO-ing into everything and chasing every pump.

Buying a coin without knowing what it does because Jow Forums shilled it

Trading your sats for bcash

Has gone pretty well so far

putting real money into fake internet money

trading against the trend

I meant doing so and not eventually trading back to sats. Riding the pump is fine.

Not having their own paid group.

FOMOing on shitcoins will drown you. FOMOing on good projects will hurt you in the short-run, but make you a sweet sum in the longer run.

Think of the people who FOMO'd on ETH when it first ran to $25, then subsequently dropped to $9. If they had held, they would be sitting pretty right now.

Had they waited and bought the dip, they'd be sitting nearly three times prettier.

but if you're FOMOing, chances are you don't know a shit project from a good project

I literally opened my coinbase last March so I could buy some drugs and I saw this coin called ethereum next to my bitcoin. It went from 10 dollars to 20 in a day. I didn't even so much as google the project, literally dumped my entire savings account (3k) into it over the course of 2 days. Now I'm sitting on a cozy 6 figures

Bcash is trash, why the fuck don't you understand it you fucking retarded faggot?

Taking any of Omega's advice seriously.

I have made profit from this.

Panic selling. FOMO and chasing pumps is just as stupid as selling on FUD or during dumps, but I feel like panic selling is more common.

Also setting stop losses to close to the current price. It dips 10% and then pumps 20% but your stop loss got triggered at 5%. This is a big part of how whales fuck you, they do little dumps to trigger stop losses to get you to sell low.

Gratz you got lucky. That must mean it's a good idea

Buying Chainlink

Sad this needs to be said but buying high and selling low. Happens on biz often because massive shilling usually starts after a huge pump.

Also taking profits too often. Nabbing occasional $100 just to get buttfucked by taxes later (if in US).

One of the hardest things to learn is to control the fomo.

never selling

this has to be a joke

buying chainlink

>Not taking risks
>not saving money
>buying stupid stuff
>not trying to live comfy
>not being humble

Not having patience.

>chasing every pump

just rode the DNT pajeet pump for 70% gains...
stay poor fgt

I bought OMG at $18 and JNT at $.60. Oh well, gonna stick with it.

most shilling even for solid projects seem to start on biz after a coin already mooned. you either have to constantly dyor to catch gems before they start getting shilled or wait for a crash and buy afterwards.
