Just get a patrician #jarvis motorized sit stand and a herman Miller aeron. Got mine for 700 and 300 respectively.

I have made hundreds out thousands laying down on my s6

Chiropractor

On couch, using wireless keyboard and large screen TV. Right now at the gym getting less obese.

bro is the herman miller aeron a meme? i see it in like every office but dont know if it really is the partricians chair

Thats what I do. Lounge around looking for opportunities. Sometimes I do planks. Sometimes I look at charts while upside down using my Teeter.

It has great adjustability but its a little stiff on the buttocks. Buying a high quality chair is not a meme whatsoever. My shoulders feel 100x better with this setup. Look on Craigslist for used herman Miller and steelcase chairs, usually 50-70% Off retail and try them out.
