I take statins for cholesterol because i live in burgerland and am a disgusting fat body, but no mental meds in spite of working around the public 5 days a week in a gubment job that i hate.
20mg Lexipro. It probably should be more though, but the dose I'm on now has drastically cut down on having fits of rage that are disproportionate to the problem at hand
Mostly this but other hallucinogens as well
I grow muh own weed.
I used to take meds for my add but stopped because I got allergic to all of them. Can't really cope without them but don't wan't to die.
25mg tianeptine sulfate
12-25mg ephedrine or 50-100mg caffeine depending on the day—I cycle them to avoid tolerance and headaches
magnesium citrate
25mg zinc gluconate
fish oil
10,000mcg biotin
10,000 IU vitamin d3
garlic supplement
250-750mg phenibut very rarely
modafinil for crunching
Also experimenting with Maca, fenugreek, and tribulus terrestris
I exercise 4 times a week and eat healthy. Meds are Jewish tricks
Pharmafag here.
Statins are bullshit. Cholesterol is actually good for you. Don't eat so much sugar. Get the fuck off that jew shit. Problem sovled.
Everyone get off antidepressants, they do more harm than good. They reset your baseline brain chemistry in a bad way. You become reliant on them. Worse off them
Forgot to mention diet and exercise are extremely important. I work out 3-5 days/week. Also sleep schedule.
And I take weekends off of all stimulants and tianeptine
60 mg of duloxitine. Also ashwaghanda (herb) for stress and anxiety. Are the side effects bad on 80mg? I'm thinking about getting a lower dose on my med
Cymbalta is a terrible drug. Good luck getting off it. It's impossible
Me not of mental illness so none
The only pill for mental illness are bullet
Have fun busting that capsule open and counting the beads in order to taper down
wtffffffff thats so unlucky dude, im on them 90% of the time and take break once or twice a week but fuck those days my head literally feels like a fog
Forgot to mention that I also take ashwagandha on most days now. Not sure if it helps but it seems to relax me somewhat—mild anxiolytic.
I meant getting a new script. 2x20mg instead of one 60mg. It has helped, but I need to see if I need it anymore
On a side note, if anyone has a good modafinil source that takes crypto, please fill me in
Even lowering the strength by only 20mg will fuck you up. Ever heard of brain zaps?
Seroquel, 300 mg/day
What do you take the tianeptine sulfate for? Anxiety/depression?
Yeah, I'm not too worried as I used to be on benzos for anxiety and I managed to quit those. I know it'll suck, but I feel like I have to at least give it a try.
I undergo physical therapy with my left hand
I wanted to try tianeptine because I read that it was an anxiolytic and I’ve been experiencing quite a lot of anxiety lately. In reality, it seems to me to be more like a mood stabilizer. It makes me somewhat pessimistic but at the same time it clamps the range of my moods—while taking tianeptine sulfate, I no longer go from extremely ‘depressed’ or anxious to manic and happy. Instead, my baseline mood is maybe a bit lower, but the range is quite small, and if I maintain a positive mindset and do everything else right, it keeps me in that feel-good channel indefinitely. It’s not magic but it seems to help noticeably.
> that feel when you have to take a massive cocktail of drugs and supplements to have same or worse mood than your average poor ransom African.
Forgot to mention: it’s also good for ADHD and asthma, apparently. Check the Wikipedia article out. Overall it seems like a good, legal, readily available drug
It’s not just mood but general health. At least I don’t have aids or gutter oil cancer.
300mg wellbutrin (NDRI)
400mg mycelium
200mg green tea
100mg chaga
150mcg iodine
200mg magnesium
200mg selenium
2mg manganese
Why do you take iodine, selenium, and manganese? And what are chaga and mycelium (mushrooms...?)?
The only meds I need is alcohol.
Iodine for the thyroid, selenium an manganese to help the body metabolize the iodine. Chaga/Mycelium (mushrooms) for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immune-stimulating properties.

Awesome, thanks for the info. What site do you get it from? I'm always worried about quality control with nootropics even if they have lab certs or whatever.
Here's a good stack for depressed guys:
200mg Testosterone Enanthate once a week
3IU Growth Hormone per day optional (expensive)
500 IU HCG twice a week
Aromatase Inhibitor if needed.
Most guys with depression these days are low testosterone onions boys. Doctors just hand out antidepressants because they are told to by their sales rep and to get you out of their office, without doing proper tests.
Low testosterone will make you depressed, anxious, tired with no motivation, basically a loser. It's pretty common these days. Get a blood test.
5 meo dmt here, but I would drop ald52 if I was jobless as well, it's the patrician choice of acid
20mg Lexapro, 25mg baclofen 3 x a day and 30mg of duromine (for a bit of pep and to stop the lexapro weight gain)
Nootropicsdepot
Jesus fuck. How are you even able to type?
Could I be low T if I’m in pretty good shape? I have a hard time gaining muscle (might be normal / imagining it) but I have a masculine physique
Has anyone else here taken Welbutrin before?
It was fucking magic for the first 6 months or so. After that, everything felt like it did before and I had zero motivation to do anything.
I quit cold turkey after about a year on it daily(300mg). Holy FUCK I've never felt worse in my life. Talking heart palpitations, sweating, fits of anxiety. It was insane. Two or three weeks of pure hell.
I think the withdrawals convinced me that I'd be better off finding a non-substance fix for my problems, but I haven't been able to find a permanent solution yet. I can't imagine that any drug doesn't eventually wear off.
Unless someone can tell me I'm wrong? Do antidepressants exist wear you don't slowly get back to where you were before?
I smoke weed
Read you basically fucked yourself for life
I have seen several friends who once were normal young adults which got trapped into antidepressants just because they had a bad week once and none of them have gone back to anything other than a miserable shell of what they used to be
Good work dumbass. (((They))) got you addicted to meds you think you need
Honestly the only way to know for sure is a blood test.
Tested in the morning around 9am.
You can get blood tests done privately so you don't have to ask a doctor. For example in the US there's privatemdlabs.com
If the blood test shows low testosterone then it could be because of lifestyle factors. If you fix the lifestyle factors and still have low testosterone then will have to go to a doctor.
Lifestyle factors that cause low testosterone.
- not enough sleep, need a solid 8 hours for good testosterone levels, less sleep than this will lower test, 1 week of 4 hours a night will lower testosterone by around 50%. This has been shown in scientific studies
- get enough calories, a calorie deficit or low calories will lower testosterone significantly. For example natural bodybuilders who diet hard for a competition can develop clinical hypogonadism. This is also shown by scientific studies.
- being overweight or obese lowers testosterone levels significantly.
- poor diet low in vitamins, minerals and fat.
- lack of sunlight and exercise
- some medications such as opiates significantly lower testosterone
- etc
Welbutrin and Effexor.
I pop valium occassionally. I have a serious problem with rumination, which it helps me with.
Phenylpiracetam 100mg (only twice a week)
Alpha GPC 150mg (taken with phenylpiracetam)
Caffeine 100mg + L theanine 200mg
KSM-66 300mg
Fish oil
Vitamin D3
At least 7hours of sleep everyday
I was having memory problems, like someone would ask me "say one thing you did yesterday" and I'd realize that I had no memory of the day before. I'd meet the same person 15 times and introduce myself every time because I didn't remember it. It was insane.
I was diagnosed with Adjustment Disorder, which from what I gather is essentially just depression that was triggered by a stressful event(mine being the brutal divorce of my parents when I was a kid, and living in a broken home for 10 years). To be honest the Welbutrin probably helped me straighten out the behaviors that were causing my memory issues, ie never paying attention to everything because I was depressed and disinterested 24/7.
I wasn't "tricked" into taking the drugs. I had serious, real issues and they helped for a while. I would have had to be fucking retarded to turn down something that would help solve a huge problem.
hey hey! me too. switched to wellbutrin only to see how it was from effexor. after tapering off I asked the doc if I could take both. I'm now taking 300 mg Wellbutrin and 75 mg Effexor. Best combo so far.
PIN TEST
I'm thinking of getting on Wellbutrin
pregnenolone 50mg
helps my mood, memory, focus and energy levels.
shitty side effect is the acne and sometimes irritability
do these drugs help with suicidal thoughts or is that beyond medicine?
Finasteride for my hair and some antihistamines for my allergies.
It's a little bit of an upper to start, but goes away after a week or two. I take it in the morning an hour after the mushroom/iodine combo. It's easy to skip a couple of days too - at least for me it is.
Most people don't need medicine. They just need to exercise for at least 10 minutes a day. You lazy beta-cucks taking mind control medicine deserve to be poor.
surprised to see a lack of alprazolam or other benzos here. 5mg alprazolam for me per day. awful anxiety that keeps me up at night without it
.5 i meant
Couldnt have been that serious if you didnt look into the meds the doc was getting you to eat like candies. Antidepressants are meant to be taken for like 3 months MAX otherwise getting off them makes you go insane. The kikes will tell you of course this can be treated with more drugs. Oy vey goyim they got you good
>daily benzos for SLEEPING
good god, and you're probably young too
some psychiatrists need to be shot
i mentioned sleeping, but it's not the only reason. it's just lack of sleep was the reason i wanted to get prescribed originally. it's a big deal. i have constant awful anxiety that hinders me, but i couldn't function without sleep.
also, 30 years old. honestly as stupid as it sounds, alprazolam has been like a wonder drug to me. i feel normal with it
My profession is so profitable because of crackheads like you. Thanks, anons. The only medication I take is OTC allergy pills that I bought for super cheap through my wholesaler.
nicotine,coffee,weed.
mostly nicotine. quit cigs, vape faggot.
coffee biggest vice, 0 attempt to cull dosage.
36 ounce a day np.
I'm thinking of doing this. How did your doc start you on it? Which first? Can you tell me details of how your state of mind has changed?
10mg dexedrine for a year. Anytime I go off them now my life is a mess. Fuck me
A few years ago, I was taking 1800 mg/day. 300 seems gentle in comparison. The body adapts.
I used to be prescribed propranolol for public speaking, back during my wagecuck days. Really underrated drug. Barely does anything except keep your adrenaline from going into autist mode when around people
I started on citalopram (Celexa) and escitalopram (Lexapro) they were what I needed at the time, went on and off of them several times over the course of 3-5 years. I would always find myself getting super pessimistic to the point of giving myself anxiety at times. Asked the doc if I could try something else. He suggested Effexor. It's norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor as well as inhibiting serotonin (SNRI). It wasn't a whole lot different to the previous drugs, but it seemed slightly more effective helping me with motivation and fatigue. Asked the doc again if I could change things up again and he suggested Wellbutrin. I haven't really noticed the stimulant effect of it, and I'm normally pretty aware of/sensitive to drug effects. The dosages are pretty straight forward. They won't start you on a full dosage and they'll possibly taper you off of another drug if they aren't interchangeable. I think Wellbutrin helps counter the laziness/fatigue I get from SSRI/SSNRI, so I opted to take a lower dose of Effexor than I had been and take Wellbutrin as the greater of the two. So far so good. The Effexor keeps my head from sliding into a cynical spiral and the Wellbutrin seems to help with motivation. Everyone is different though so communicate with your doctor and don't be afraid to ask to try another drug if you think there's a chance of better results. Good luck to you!
also if anyone knows of a drug to help shy bladder that'd be great. The beta blockers dont work for it sadly. I'm thinking something that helps with OCD could work.
That's interesting. I wonder if it effects your fight or flight modes. Like you'd be level headed and calm if you got into a violent situation.
What is this and where do I get it
Thanks for the informative response. I’m not a serious bodybuilder but I do have that sort of lifestyle and do cut from time to time. How do I cut without risking these T-destroying effects?
been thinking about trying to score some propanolol to help my essential hand tremors when I'm trying to draw furry porn. Any side effects or withdrawal symptoms from discontinuing?
Is this Andre The Giant or Steve Ballmer?
Sell me on these substances, please.
Glad the new meds are working for you user. Just be careful when coming off of the Effexor. SNRIs are a bitch to come off of if you don't taper slowly. I took Cymbalta for three years and tapered off slowly, and was just fine. I began taking Effexor a few years later, stayed on for about a year, lost my doc and figured I'd cold turkey quit since I wasn't on a terribly high dose and felt I could do without the med. Took me two and a half excruciating weeks to begin feeling normal again after that, and another month to get to a consistent mental state after that.
From what I've read, you have to be careful if you take it consistently. You can't just stop suddenly or else your heart gets fucked up. I just take one 5-10mg pill on very rare occasion, which is fine.
It's main use is for people with high blood pressure, so it just lowers it. My jaw/neck/hands used to shake a lot when public speaking. Propranolol completely eliminates that. Only major side effect for me is fatigue after 3-4 hours
Anyone using benzos or anti-depressants is a fucking retard.
Enjoy your PERMANENT brain damage.
Don't do any more than a 500 calorie per day deficit.
Don't go below 10%-12% body fat levels. Basically visible abs.
Don't stay on the diet for a prolong period of time. Take a week or two break where you eat normal calories after a month two of dieting before going back to the diet.
Or some people like to have one day a week where they can eat as much as they want of whatever food they want within reason. They call it a cheat day. This tricks the body into thinking it is not starving.
You should be buying PFR instead of whatever crap youre holding. Their mainnet comes out on April 30th. Do you realize that Localbitcoins now has KYC? Do you understand that once PFR is out, people will all jump ship to avoid having to upload documents? People kept doubting the project but these guys deliver. Do you want to be poor forever.
Concerta for "ADHD".
Definitely makes me more focused and efficient in whatever I'm doing but it makes me feel like an apathetic robot and it's really hard to eat while I'm on it.
foquest
guanfacine for my tourettes
Olanzapine 40mg daily and depakote 2000 mg daily
What's it like to have tourettes? How do the meds affect you?
fish oil x3 daily
vit d x1 in the morning
ZMA+Creatine for those crazy dreams
>forgot to mention,forgot to mention
sounds like someone isnt taking their fish oil
Pretty ass man, I have it really mild so I can control it but the longer I suppress it the worse my tics get. I've been taking the meds all my life so I've always been a super chill lax person who doesn't really give a shit about anything. Guanfacine is also used for ADHD so it makes sense
fun fact opioids destroy your testosterone production, have fun going on testosterone replacement therapy
Where are my researchers at?
How to get?
BTFO
What happens to your tourettes if u smoke weed
i don't have any mental illnesses
i'm gay btw
Not sure what happens if I don't, I've smoked every day for the last 6 years
>inb4 edgy 420 faggot
>he fell for the govt meme
Prescription drugs are the devil. Literally controlling how you act. Maybe make some life changes and see the bright-side
Inb4
>you don’t know my pain
I’m sure ours is pretty close.
This.
There must be a correlation with low IQ’s and taking prescription meds. What did humans do before Rx meds were even invented?
They manned the fuck up. Stop putting money into these Jews pockets. Seriously. Fuck.
> 40mg ritalin
> 250mg lithium
> 100mg lamotrigine
used to be on dexamphetamine, but it barely did anything compared to the ritalin
My nigger. Dex put me in to psychosis now I'm stuck on Geodon.
I just took a kratom pill for the first time
>Duloxetine
Oh hey, I'm on duloxeinte too! I'm on 60mg, been on it for like 5 months. How do you like it? I love it, I don't have any side-effects whatsoever. Been wanting to increase my dosage recently
who /no mental illnesses/ here?
