You don't seem to understand the significance of living in a village that your ancestors have for the past 8 centuries, farming your family's land alongside your neighbors. Burger towns are too industrial because the land farmed is massive compared to their european counterparts. This bankrupted a lot of burger farmers, who fled the towns to the cities so they don't end up smoking meth. The smaller european farms allows the families to hold onto their land for generations, and not have to invest in tech that bankrupts them to compete with the agricorps who bought and consolidated the bankrupt private farms, also allows europeans to grow more organically
