>americans consider liberalism to be left wing
Americans consider liberalism to be left wing
Your ideology is defined by Harvard.
Yes because they're talking about societal liberalism.
In the European sense, Republicans are ultra-liberals.
American liberals are a bit nuts
>having nice discussion about marx on /his/
>argue that he would view the u.s. favorably if he were alive
>fellow american pipes in
>"of course (((marx))) would love the U.S.A. since it's ruled by radical communist democrats and SJWs!!!"
YEAHH KILLEM!!
Who gives a fuck what marx would think?
>someone proposes universal healtcare
FUCKING LIBERALS KILLEM
>someone proposes slightly strict gun control
FUCKING LIBERALS KILLEM
>someone proposes gay marriage
FUCKING LIBERALS KILLEM
>someone proposes pro adoption legislation
FUCKING LIBERALS KILLEM
I think it's interesting that he would probably support the capitalist west over the so-called communist bloc in the Cold War.

>It's another 'assblasted liberals' episode

Everything you say comes straight from the Ivy League, and it came from there first. Do euros really not have their own ideas anymore?
>ivy leauge

I love redd/int/.
Liberalism here is more right wing ideology. It usually means open markets and shit. Leftists are the opposite
It's the same here. There are no real leftists in mainstream American politics. Maybe Sanders.
>Maybe Sanders.
It's been 2 years. Let it go already.
?
they don't believe in jeezus

He might be right though, one thing is economic marxism, which you lack and another thing is CULTURAL marxism which you seem to have plenty of.
Look who Yuri Bezmenov was. Redpill yourself.
Fucking libcucks haha
>cultural marxism
>redpill yourself
>argentina
KILL 'EM!!!
Not an argument, libkek. Oh, wait, liberals repel facts and logic hahaha.
The funny thing is that nearly all politicians in the US share the exact same policies except on social issues. The ones who are left-wing on social issues are called "liberals," while the ones who hold right-wing beliefs on social issues are "conservatives." This is probably confusing to Europeans whose politicians actually hold different viewpoints from each other.
This really pisses me off. Why can't they just keep their idiotic ideas to themselves?
Has our cancer spread to the UK? You guys seem to copy a lot of our stupid political trends (see: hippies) but somehow it's even worse over there, since it's not home-grown stupidity.
I refuse to believe my countrymen are this stupid at evidenced by the posts in this thread.
>Cultural marxism
>Redpill
t.
>not real communism yuck yuck
>actually USA is socialist
It is true that liberals in America refers to another kind of liberalism than in Europe, but they are all still liberals. Trump is a liberal. Hillary is a liberal. Ronald Reagan was a liberal. Barack Obama is a liberal etc.
