There's your answer

mexican benis

Whats its name and what is in it?

Mote con huesillo, it's mostly peaches, wheat, cinnamon and water. Absolutely delicious.

Barbecue and mate

Mofongo
Lechon a la vara y arroz con gandules, con tostones y cuero al lado
Mondongo (dominican food)
Also Mexican food is very nice and I won't bother listing it

I herd that mexican food is the only Lat american country that really focuses on being spicy. Wondering if it is true.

I know you want me.

I know Peruvians also use several types of chillis in their food, but I'm not sure how much, and Guatemalan food is basically Southern Mexican food, so they also use them. Otherwise, yeah, spicy food is not that common in Latin America.

just had some last night

I don't know about others, but I can confirm that here we're 100% spiceless. I remember seeing about a mexican restaurant here which had three sauces: the first was to be served to Mexicans only since it was super spicy, the second was aimed at foreigners in general, it was spicy but not too much, and finally the one for Argentinians had no spice whatsoever and they laughed at us.

Reminder that anything north of Peru is not Latin American food but Texan/American copies

What's that salad in the bottom left?

Peruvian and food from the Southern cone are really good.
