Why is everything between Berlin and Moscow are poor and irrelevant?
Circle of poorness
If we are so irrelevant then why are you obsessed with us?
What a mystery
i'm not obsessed with you i just wondering.
Why are Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova such shitholes ? Is it the Russian effect ?
isn't Russia even poorer?
Rural Russia is poor but not Moscow
Circle of whiteness if anything
only belarus, ukraine and moldova are shitholes, everyone else in the circle is progressing and doing ok given their history
They're former soviet union states that didn't get EU gibs
the fact is that Jow Forums anons easily tricked by official statistics saying that Ukraine is poor af, while most of russians are actually as poor as Ukrainians, because most of russia's wealth distributed among people close to government/FSB
I could list all the things I have but let's just say I have everything that first worlders have except Mehmet as a neighbour and I have everything that Moskals have except golden teeth
based schlomo
That circle contains around ten countries, why did you immediately think of yourself?
By 'us' I meant Eastern Europe or butthurt belt as you like to call us (again, Eastern Europe)
But Poland is in Central Europe, isn't it?
I usually call it Central-Eastern to avoid butthurt but I don't really give a shit if someone calls us Eastern
Jewish communists took over the Soviet Union, used Jewish help from allied countries to survive the Nazi onslaught of world war 2, and implemented retarded socialist puppet states in the circle. Now the regions lag behind Western Europe
latvians make more than russians though?
yes, since 2015 fall of ruble
but no if we mean Moscow
everybody make more money than russian dogs
The Eternal G*rman, then the russians
Do not bully Eesti
How hard is it to get a qt wife seeking Americam citizenship from those countries?
Not hard at all (except in Estonia)
You can just get a mail order bride from the rest
>except in Estonia
Don't lie
bump
Why do Russians think Moscow is relevant? It's as relevant as Lagos or Mexico City, a big city with little cultural output so no one can really say anything about this city. Ask random 10 people in the street in the USA about what they think is worth seeing in Moscow and maybe 2 of them will know the place where evil Putin sits in is called Kremlin and that's all. Do Russians think anyone in the world really wants to see GUM or Arbat or knows about their existence? Top kek.
Russians have extremely inflated feeling of self-importance, while Russia is an irrelevant country in the world in terms of culture or economy and its only relevance is based on its military power but it has little to do with the city of Moscow, which is just a giant commieblock hive.
This. Russia is a far bigger shithole than Poland
>circle of poorness
Um, excuse me, but I prefer "Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth"
Also
>implying it doesn't stretch from Berlin to the South Korean border
jesus Piotrek, spare him
Comparing just the capitals doesn't make sense.
Russians think people in the world are impressed with Moscow, because they pump all their money into this city yet it's more like people feel sorry for Russians outside MKAD who live in literally 3rd world conditions
and Moscow is not even that rich as you'd expect it to be, people live in 30-floor ugly commieblocks in small flats where rent is as much as their wage
Why are you so butthurt, jeez.
>someone calls you retarded
>b-butthurt!!!
i'm a little bit retarded and i accept that
I'm not, I just try to explain how Russia works
Because of Soviets and tsarists who fucked us over.
>circle of poorness
Everything on east from Berlin is poor. Moscow is just the exception from that rule, which is hardly impressive considering that Russia is an oil and gas superpower and a former superpower and Empire.
The realistic answer: most (adult) Russian shitposters who say how great and wealthy Russia is are from Moscow.
>Moscow is just the exception from that rule
But it is not. Moscow is poorer than literally all Central-Eastern European capitals.
Only Russians and people who are brainwashed by Russian propaganda think that Moscow is rich. It's as rich as Lagos. It's enough to look at quality of infrastructure or roads to see that in fact it's a poor city.
Even without PPP, salaries in Warsaw are higher than in Moscow and considering that Moscow has extremely inflated costs of living, life there is pure hell for the dwellers. But the fact that they have to live there, because it's still the best place in Russia, tells you a lot about Russia.
Poland and Estonia are quite well off. the other Baltic states, Belarus (well, Minsk at least) and Slovakia aren't doing so bad. it's only really Ukraine, Moldova, and some of the rural areas that are seriously poor.
>Moscow is poorer than literally all Central-Eastern European capitals.
>t's as rich as Lagos. It's enough to look at quality of infrastructure or roads to see that in fact it's a poor city.
ayy lmao
>It's enough to look at quality of infrastructure or roads to see that in fact it's a poor city.
Nah, the latter is nice at least in Moscow. Especially metro. And while there are tons of bydlo, Moscow itself offers a lot of good opportunities for growth and earning money, it is disproportionally rich compared to the rest of the country.
>It's as rich as Lagos
This point is indeed valid. Kyiv is also relatively decent compared to the rest of regions in Ukraine. But it doesn't cancel the fact that poor people will come to it and will work at the shitties jobs which offer more than at home. Same for Moscow - the usual purchaser of the apartment in 30-floor commieblock is a typical newcomer or a poor person who has no other choice. Or is a retard.
they'e white but only because nobody wants to immigrate there
It always surprises how a country with such a technological base still relies on resource to survive.
I mean I think Russians can at the very least compete with the likes of Malaysia and Taiwan in exporting industry goods.
Young american men doing tourism are super annoying. Lots of them give off an aggressive vibe like they have to prouve they're better than you eventhough you just met them and probably will never see them again
Tbh there's so few black guys in estonia that it's probably easy for them to attract all the Coal Burners that inevitably exist in any large city. In 5 hours of browsing Jow Forums I see more pic of black guys than when I spend 5 hours in downtown Tallinn.
Poland is richer than any area in Russia including Moscow if we take into account inequality rate. I mean an average polish person is way wealthier than an average russian person even from moscow.
I'm an American and I enjoy living in Moscow. excellent city. never had any desire to see Warsaw. definitely want to visit Silesia before the next Slavic butthurt war though.
went on a trip outsisde of MKAD yesterday. beautiful country. way too many mosquitoes. it is poor, but I'd eventually want to move there, always preferred rural life.
aside from them shutting off the hot water for a week, infrastructure seems good here. definitely better than the northeastern United States. no electricity blackouts, roads are in good shape. Metro is fucking amazing.
the center of Moscow is insanely expensive, but the center is full of nomenklatura faggots anyway. I live on a budget of about $550. I'm not sure where I could do that anywhere in America. plus most Russians own their apartments, even in Moscow. fuck mortgages, fuck banks.
>between berlin and moscow
Lol, try between berlin and Shanghai, r*s dog
As long as the elites can fill their pockets with oil money nothing will change or improve here.
Why would they spend money, invest it in different areas of russian economy or society if they can just put that money into their bank accounts or buy property in europe or America?
>$550
per month? how are you still alive
it's impossible
I was only once in Moscow for 2 weeks but hoe it is possible to survive with 500 bucks? Everything was so expensive and food was not only expensive but low quality(supermarkets). Lots of nice high end restaurants but again I can go to Michelin stars restaurants for half of price here in Prague.
>Nah, the latter is nice at least in Moscow.
Nope, it's not. For example, most of several-lane roads in Moscow don't even have road marking. They can't even afford to paint fucking white strips on a road. And that's why they have so many road accidents.
>Especially metro
Yeah, especially with 40-year-old trains.
>Moscow itself offers a lot of good opportunities for growth and earning mone
Per capita less than any central-eastern European capital.
> the usual purchaser of the apartment in 30-floor commieblock is a typical newcomer or a poor person who has no other choice
Well, it's actually middle class people, not only newcomers - newcomers can't afford to buy anything, they just rent for most of their life.
Moscow doesn't almost have suburbs, it's only blocks, blocks, blocks and middle class also lives there.
You don't understand Russian mentality.
>very least compete with the likes of Malaysia and Taiwan in exporting industry goods.
It would mean that they would have to sell their "secrets", in Russia well-being of people doesn't count at all. They won't export anything, because they think it's crucial for existence and safety of their country in a military sense. And their technology is related almost exclusively to the military, they don't produce anything of worth as consumer goods, because they care only about the needs of the state, not the people.
>the usual purchaser of the apartment in 30-floor commieblock is a typical newcomer or a poor person who has no other choice. Or is a retard.
That's absolute bullshit. An apartment in an average Moscow commieblock is extremely expensive considering low russian wages. Not even a person with a relative well-paying job can actually buy such apartment, most people either get a mortgage or just inherit property.
is Kyiv worth visiting? tourists always go on about Odessa. muh beaches. while beaches are nice, it'd probably be easier to go stay with my friends from Krym.
it's funny to watch the West threaten to sanction the oligarchs. because forcing them and their money to go back to Russia would be so awful.
yeah my monthly budget is about...hm...34,000 rubles per month? it used to be 36k but I've implemented some cost saving measures in the last month.
>but I'd eventually want to move there,
of course
he's telling you obvious bullshit
Look at his flag
now that I've started cooking at home, I think I spend around 6,000 rubles per month on food. potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, and bread are ridiculously cheap. cheese is expensive but buying cheese in Russia is a dumb idea anyway. aside from that I mostly buy liquid dairy products, beef, eggs. it's like 300 rubles for a kg of beef? 50 rubles for 10 eggs? something like that. and the food is better quality than in America (except the cheese. don't buy the cheese).
I never go out to eat. even if I'm meeting friends in a restaurant or a bar, I just get borshch or something if it isn't more than 150 rubles.
>Volga Germans strike again
Very intelligent and unpredictable reply
>I have everything that first worlders have
How big is your portfolio, how many properties do you own and how much do you earn per month?
the butthurt belt suffers from extreme amounts of brain drain. everyone who has some skill or education leaves eastern europe.
Why people consider Belarus to be a shithole?
I mean it is dictatorship and people have less money than your average european but calling it a shithole will be exaggeration.
The streets are clean, the people are white and polite. Crimes are low.
Yes it is poor but not a shithole.
It would be better under EU sphere of influence sure but not in the EU itself obiously cause it will trigger blacks invading the country
So you live like a 18yo student in dorm
>Why people consider Belarus to be a shithole?
Because it's poor
>The streets are clean, the people are white and polite. Crimes are low.
No one cares about such things. Only money, job opportunities and nightlife count.
Communism
Bad PR. I would say that for the most people its just huge question mark on the map. So only thing thay knows about belarus its lukashenko and from some pics its looks like north korea. Commieblocks with huge empty roads.
I was in Minsk during the hockey world championship and it was indeed nice. Like you said, clean and people are extremely polite. Quite the opposite to Russians, no offense.
Best Slavic countries to live by order:
-Poland
-Czech
-Slovenia
-Slovakia
-Croatia
-Russia
-Serbia
-Bulgaria
-Belarus
-Macedonia
-Montenegro
-Bosnia
-Ukraine
snownigger talks about poorness
And tourism of course. Even if you know absolutely nothing about estonia is still that country with cool capital where at least few of your friend's been there for euroweekend and loved it.
Lets go to Minsk for weekend? Not really
I suppose. I think 18 year olds live like idiots. I actually eat a healthy diet and don't spend my money on stupid shit. I make enough money to live a fancier lifestyle, but I'd rather save money to buy land, raise a family etc.
having come from the first world, I'd say that money isn't important beyond buying what you need, plus saving a bit more to cover emergencies and help your kids out in the future. and from what I've seen on the internet, Minsk has a hell of a nightlife. will report in once I actually manage to visit the land without clapping.
More like:
-Croatia
-Slovenia
....
-Montenegro
-Serbia
-Bosnia
-Macedonia
-Czechia
-Poland
-Slovakia
-Bulgaria
-Belarus
-Russia
-Ukraine
Czechia must be #1 and Belarus is higher than Russia
Czech Republic is easily the worst. Pretty much all Czech girls are pornstars.
I live in the part of Sweden that is circled in.
Well big cities in Russia are notorious for collecting the top scum of our nation meanwhile our small cities are filled with low educated bydlo who only watch tv propaganda.
So I guess that's justified
Belarus is literally the most boring country in Europe.
Completely flat, no mountains, no sea, no cozy old towns, just soviet cities with commieblocks everywhere and maybe some churches and poorly reconstructed palaces here and there.
You could go there only if you want to see what the USSR would look like if it existed in 2018 + if you like forests
Why is Czechia so low?
I think of it as the best slav country
>circles poland
>lel y did u tink about urself. i thot u wuz central urop
ebin trole
Nope, all ex-yu countries are the best.
Czechia is ok, but after ex-yu
Fair enough. Its just sounds weird to me to actually safe money in such high inflation country like Russia.
I'm pretty sure he's a basement dweller who knows nothing about the real world. Those are always the biggest wannabe experts on the internet
But we already have been fucked in commonwealth. so russians, prussians and ethernal austros divided commonwealth
>Its just sounds weird to me to actually safe money in such high inflation country like Russia.
no sane person saves his money in roubles, everyone buys dollars/euros
Good:
Poland, Czech, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia
Shitholes:
Russia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Belarus and Albania.
Africa tier :
Ukraine and Moldova.
>90507356
So you were the comedian in class.
This. That’s why they’re poor. It’s the same here, poor people here tend to be white because whites aren’t self-sufficient.
yes, the real world is that Russia is a rich superpower everyone in the world loves and butthurt belt are poor shitholes that dream to be like Russia but pretend they like Europe more just to make Russia mad
Hey, don't be rude to Africa.
t. south african
He is croat spamming 24/7 how serbia is amazing. Weird guy. Weird shitposting.
Or you're just butthurt. European Russia is actually pretty nice,
Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia are no shitholes.
You know nothing about Serbia.
>You could go there only if you want to see what the USSR would look like if it existed in 2018 + if you like forests
exactly. plus the girls are fantastic and the guys generally seem friendly and easier to get along with than Russian dudes. the whole country seems quaint.
the worst of it is over, and even then it's mostly relegated to international trade. due to high interest rates etc, inflation is quite low now. here in Moscow, at least, housing is actually getting cheaper.
>European Russia is actually pretty nice,
nope, it's a soviet shithole with commieblocks or run down wooden houses all over the place
I've been to Russia many times and I speak perfect Russian so I really know a lot about this country.
Russia has a shitty trasport infrastructure. Malaysia and Taiwan at least had ports, in case of Russia they need to deliver goods to the remote ports on Russian-tier roads.
Ukraine is better in this regard, but we are super-corrupt.
>Yeah, especially with 40-year-old trains.
This is not an issue for the trains though.
>Moscow doesn't almost have suburbs, it's only blocks, blocks, blocks and middle class also lives there.
There are different kinds of blocks. And yes, like says they are overpriced and people sell themselves into the credit slavery under 15+% yearly credit.
>is Kyiv worth visiting?
Probably, dunno for how long, but looking at the city and old town will be interesting. You could also visit Zone on a tour while at it.
>Odesa beaches
fuck no, they are dirty, never swim around 10kms of that city; the city itself is nice too though
Belarus is a fucking city-state. A bit less than half of the country is effectively Minsk and this is a reason why this low-populated country looks relatively decent.
But still, it sucks. It's as bad as Ukraine and non-Moscow Russia and it is actually getting help and subsidization from Russia at that. In case it stops getting help from Moscow it'll be a be a Bosnia-tier shithole.
But then again, Russia and Ukraine are in general shitholes too which have better conditions than Belarus. And Belarus at least tries to be decent and develops things. I really hope that they won't get fucked in future.
Every post- communist country is shithole except Czech
Oh, you are right.. Its only 2.5% now. For some reason I thought its still in double digits.
Belarus is completely Russified. Majority of the population speak Russian.
