Kucoin = good low mcap coins, you can make a decent amount of money with little (less than 10k)
IDEX = the best for low mcap gems and moonshots, throw 500 bucks at a good project and make money

Binance is probably the best with lowest risk. And they started to vet coins somewhat instead of purely pay2stay like bittrex or huobi. This also means less altcoins/dead altcoins that's altcoins just for the sake of it. Still have an account on trex for alts I merged mined some years ago.

uh tell that to the thousands of people who had their accounts randomly disabled with no way of being able to withdraw after having coins on there. i've lost 11 btc to this myself. fuck bittrex
