No.
Also, che means "hey" as far as I know.
Doesn´t ese mean ´that´ but when used in Mexican it means sort of like ´dude´?
Ese is a chicano word, it isn't used in Mexico.
Mexican-Mexican slangs for dude are "wey" or "vato", never "ese".
And che doesn't mean "dude" in any context.
che doesn't mean dude, it's like "hey"
Does vato ever have negative connotations?
Thanks though, being a johnny foreigner around a bunch of chicanos gets a little annoying when they slip in their chicanoisms
They say tchê in south brasil too
We dont fucking use "ese" stupid amerifat
Nope. It's just a very informal way to say "guy". So while not offensive, you wouldn't call your boss "vato" or "wey" unless you are friends.
>ese
Fucking no one but chicanos say that, we say ''We'' or 'Wey'' when we referee to people
>Is it equivalent to 'ese'
CHICANOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

TRIVIA
''ese'' is an autistic and cringy term used only by CHI's.
People from the caribbean coast here use a variation: 'che, it is an abbraviation of eche, buy it doesn't mea hey like che in Argentina, it is used more as a filler before complaining about something. Example: 'che, no joda, que calor hace (wew, It's so hot outside)
"Che" comes from mapudungun word for "person".

catalan also have a "che/xe", according to the article
andalucians also use che ocasionally, it's a weird epression with no known origin. In Argetnina's case it most likely came from Italy tho
