How the fuck do Europeans not get fat like us Americans do?

we eat actual food

We don't use cars as much and eat better I guess

They don't put sugar in everything they eat and they actually have to walk to work

That said they're slowly getting fatter and fatter

We have options for movement besides cars.

because normal people stop eating a lot when they notice that they gained weight while american ignores it and then becomes tv star when he hits 400kg mark

When I was in America I noticed a couple of thing which may have to do with the fat thing.

1. All the cities I went to were laid out in such a way that getting fast food is way more convenient than anywhere I've been in Europe.
2. Everything, including basic foods like bread, taste very sweet which tells me there is high amounts of sugar in everything
3. Not owning a car is basically a sin in America, since you can't get anywhere without one, whereas in Europe you can easily cycle/walk from your house to the city and vice versa. Probably because American cities were planned with cars in mind, as opposed to Euro cities which were planned before motor travel existed

Food is more expensive and I guess they shame fatties more.

They don't use HFCS
