You might be forgetting that after the war we became enemies with the soviets, and that allying to destroy the greatest menace ever seen in that century in western Europe was more important than letting the soviets move across Europe. You literally supported it. Soviet Union made half of Europe look like Africa. You couldn't even leave Soviet Union but you could leave Nazi Germany.
Why not just oppose Nazi Germany after the war?
