In fact soviets treated us worse than germans in first few months, then they switched to more peaceful occupation, established puppet government and helped rebuild the country.
I'm not sure about other whites but polish people are still very sensitive about world war 2, I think it's becouse we were just defending ourselfes and we still got fucked up after the war. Also after fall of communist regime in 1989 some new facts came up on the day light, like story of this 16 years old girl whe treated wounded communist militia soldiers and in exchange they tortured and executed her. So the memory about war crimes is still fresh here.
Unfortunetely I do not know much about Japan after ww2, I know only about new constitution and this military act which is a fucking joke. (are they going to change it some time soon?)

だから、会社はどんどん良くなってるわw
この国の労働環境の悪さは日本人の国民性、慣習によるところが大きいからね
政府が無能なのもあるけどそれに拍車をかけて酷くしている
自分たちで首を絞めあって息苦しい環境を自ら進んで作り出す人たちだから
人手不足でも大して賃金上がってませんし、むしろ逆に下がるばかりで人手不足で労働環境はどんどん悪くなってるんだけど。
一人当たりの負担がどんどん増えてるわ。それの行き着く先が人手不足倒産で散々働いても会社が潰れて雇用を失うんだよ。

とはいえ本当に人手が必要な産業には労働力が供給されず、サービス業を中心に元々やや余り気味だった所に津波のように押し寄せただけで
労働市場の活性化も国民の賃金上昇も、必要な産業への労働力の供給もそのせいで全て失敗している
誰もアベノミクスやその周辺政策を総括しないからこんな馬鹿な事が平気で起きる
