It's not a healthy option compared to looser diet-restrictions like Vegetarianism or Pescetarianism, but it is the most ecologically sound option and also the cheapest option. i was laughing at the "enviromentally friendly"
especially since most mass growers do the following:
- extensive deforestation
- monocultive, depleting the soil's nutrients
- floods in the case of rice, washing away the soil's nutrients
- throwing away their dump anywhere, for example their pesticides. AND there's the famous "chemtrails", which are dangerous for the actual reason nutjobs don't consider (pesticides released to our air)
- any wild fauna or flora are considered pests and eliminated (voluntarilly or involutarilly-- again, pesticides)
