I used to eat it but I stopped cuz animals get fed too much medicine which passes through the liver and, unfortunately, small traces remain which enter your body when you eat it.

Nice, I love raw liver. Cow liver in thin slices on sweet raisin bread with some butter and salt is amazing.

You cannot eat raw liver, dude.
Only salo.

Attached: chernyj-hleb-s-salom.jpg (439x329, 58K)

If you know where the cattle is from (not mass produced of course) you actually can. Needs to be fresh. It was very common ~50 years ago. I never tried salo, but I'd probably like it.

In the Japan, the raw meat of the cow was banned because of the deaths from the O157.

Mainly as pate. Some people eat ot cooked with onions though.

>americans dishwash their hams

Reactions like that are usually caused by food poisoning after ingesting the product. The body gets conditioned to not eat something after eating it and getting sick.

Oh I also forgot that we will add to stuffing.

>burgers won't eat it, if you can tell what part of the animal it was
>only homogenized paste (deep fried) and "meat" is acceptable
