you can't target fat in a specific area, you can only lose belly fat by lowering your body fat percentage, which can only be achieved through a caloric deficit

i.e. eat less than you burn
i.e. get in less calories and burn more calories
i.e. dieting and sport

expend more calories than you take in

there's no way to focus 1 area of your body for fatloss, so you'll just have to reduce your general bodyfat

smoke cigarettes and do situps, the situps won't burn belly fat, but they will help hold it in tighter. you probably have lordosis because you're a fat fucking neet, so fix your posture by fucking the air, which will make your gut SEEM smaller.

also you CAN target the belly to a small extent, it's just meme-science to say you can't. insulin spikes send more fat to the central area. it's not a big difference, but it's real. eat less sugar and carbs.

It's fucking annoying, I moved to China and I instantly lost 5kg because the food here is less processed and more healthy. But then my body just re-adjusted and now I'm not losing any more weight.

Not entirely true. It helps if you do exercises to build up your core (squats, sit-ups).
