One time I didn't eat because I was fasting but I broke my fast with coffee and cigarettes and the next day I had gassy stomach because I never ate anything before smoking.

My brother in law works in a car factory. He literally burns 1/3 of his take home pay on ciggies. His car got re-possessed twice already due to non payment and my FIL had to bail him out. His wife is preggers with their first child now and I'm telling him to quit smoking, even just to ensure that he will have food on the table when the kid comes out. So, smoke and burn your money if you like. If you put that 1/3 of your pay in a trust fund, you can retire in comfort.
