Whats your country's detroit?

Whats your country's detroit?
What part of your country suffered a huge population loss and poverty? The part with lots of empty housing and abandoned buildings
For me, its Galicia

I would say Flint is our country's Detroit

Buenos Aires city and its surroundings. We went from Paris tier to Faleva tier in 100 years.

Flint is way worse lol.

Brazil

If by Detroit you mean the highest concentration of brown people, then Mississauga.

>Buenos Aires city and its surroundings
Every "Whats your country's (City)?" can be answered by "Buenos Aires".

Literally the only city that matters.

probably iqaluit

your comparison and contrast is asshole

Ecatepec de Morelos
City right next to Mexico Cit

is it comfy

Ecatepec was never great and it was always a shithole, id say Acapulco because it was great but now it is a poor and crime infested hellhole

Ecatepec

Maybe Juarez.

>canadian reading comprehension
i specified what i meant: huge population loss and poverty
basically a place that was once prosperous or decent that has fallen from grace and now is losing population or abandoned

...

I don't think we have a single "shithole" city, many of our cities are shitholes in one way or another.
- Windsor is where the deindustrialisation is
- Toronto is the least white major city
- Vancouver has drivebys and stabbings
- Fredericton has unemployment

Hamilton probably but theres not that much crime. Its going to get even worse because of Drumpf. Maybe Thunder Bay or Regina as well.

>Vancouver has drivebys and stabbings
Every large city does.

what's wrong with drive-by's?

>What part of your country suffered a huge population loss and poverty
All parts of Russia but Moscow

Yuubari. It was once a prosperous coal mining town in Hokkaido, and after closing the mine it suffered a severe decline and became the first municipality that went bankrupt.

The empty diagonal and the normandy shithole

Entire Mexico

to be detroit you have to be prosperous yet

Camden, NJ.

Not counting outer districts of London, I'd say Manchester. A prosperous industrial old-England city that pulled way over its weight in the world stage for a long time.
Then came a mix of desindustrialisation, socialism, inept local officials. The increased links with the continent instead of the Empire and the Anglosphere also meant a relative decadence of the north compared to the south of England.
Leeds is worse but it was always a shithole.

>The part with lots of empty housing and abandoned buildings
We don't have that.

Rotterdam

Definitely Acapulco.

Ruhrgebiet

Disregard that dummy. Canada's Detroit is Hamilton.
