It's both right and wrong, like with most things.
Middle easterners are definitely hurt more by the dealings of ISIS than we are in Europe, where less than 200 or so have died from their attacks. But middle easteners don't have Christlike levels of generosity either, and aren't choosing to shield the west from terrorism by any means. They're just easier victims since they're on ISIS' doorstep.
