Why is all Spanish food yellow and/or red? Is it a nationalist thing?
is octopus actually good? what does it taste like?
Perhaps eating-habits are genetic.
Like octopus. I can't really describe it. Probably one of my favourite dishes. It's not like Squid or anything. Cuttlefish is closer to it in taste.
If it's cooked wrong it's very chewy, but if you freeze it first, then boil it, then grill it, it's very tender.
Matambre
aka argie sushi
kek

is this worth going to?
Sorrentinos, a bigger version of raviolis filled with meat, but you can find other flavours

Yours still has those yellow-ish spots in them. Ours have no such thing.
It's nothing bad or anything, it's just an observation.
é morcela de arroz
Pensei que isso era só nosso, de Leiria.
Ainda assim, a nossa não é tão amarela.
>a nossa não é tão amarela.
será porque não está cozinhada?
Bom ponto.
Ainda assim não é que não haja comida Portuguesa amarela/vermelha, é que há pouca comida espanhola que não seja.
It's like the torta negra galesa (black welsh cak) which is not from Wales, but from Chubut.
This looks quite nice t b h.
it's minced meat wrapped up in cabbage that you eat with yogurt and mamaliga (polenta is the translation in english)
i don't doubt it's good, it's just very common (because it's good)
I like the chewy feeling of Octopus desu.
There's chewy and there's rubbery. The first one is fine, but I prefer tender.
Based. Utterly based.
Ray is fucking delicious.
What is this?
A friend of mine is in Switzerland for the summer and doesn't know what/where to eat. Any suggestions?
He's saying you eat ass.
It's made mostly of sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder (but you can use other chocolates if properly melted). A touch of butter goes in it too.
You put all in the pan for some minutes, basically, and it's ready. Then add any granulate chocolate and voila
