Can't say that with 100% certainty. I make some decent money, so I've been thinking of getting a mail order bride in the future.
I've never bought anything for a Russian woman. a small gift for a female friend once, but never a girlfriend. one time an Ukrainian girl did try to scam me, but that was only once. and she wasn't my girlfriend or anything. don't have much experience with Byelorussian girls, but they seem fine, too.
