>It collapses

>socialism was a good boy, he dindu nuffin

>Sit on the world's largest mountain of oil
>collapse economically

I'll be anything you want me to be.

I fucking hate Molyneux, he looks and talks like my old landlord (when I was in uni) who was such a fucking dickhead
I literally thought they were the same person because he would talk about how the Native American genocide was fine unprompted

L-lewd...

Yeah it’s only good when you’re not retarded

This is such a non-story, it's fucking unbearable how easily the media here works hand in glove with the war machine. It's pretty clear now NATO is ready to back a full-on coup of the government. They have to find a new guy though.

>full-on coup of the government
Good. The faster it happens the better for Venezuela.

Didn't know that workers owned the means of production in Venezuela. I could've sworn most business conducted was private business... Hmmm...

Well it's a democracy.

>it's a democracy
Just because there are elections doesn't mean it's a democracy

Well it's a democracy and the elections were validated by 3rd parties.

what uh

what do you

huh

We had elections back in commie times. Suprise, suprise, commies always won.

It does tho. Every democracy in the world has a different implementation of democracy which all invariably including non-democratic elements. our own gov allows for high offices to be held by appointed officials and our judiciary is unelected but holds immense power, and we consider ourselves the definition of the term.

Really poor quality oil that costs a lot to extract.

user, please tell me I don't know your own history better than you.

You didn't vote for parties, you voted for candidates. The communist "party" was a part of the government, and you voted for who would occupy seats in that government.

I know that anti-communists are willing to destroy democracy, if that's what it takes

Plus we sacrificed our own alternative energy market and convinced the g*lf ar*bs to oexceed OPEC limits to hurt the venezuelan economy.

Considering the gibs the government gives out to those who vote for them and the country being endangered by starvation, I'd say the "choices" are not really choices at all.

>you voted for candidates
No, we didn't.

Communism and democracy are antithetic

You... did. You did vote for candidates.

What?

>Considering the gibs the government gives out to those who vote for them and the country being endangered by starvation, I'd say the "choices" are not really choices at all.

>Communism and democracy are antithetic

Oh, I understand.

What is so hard to understand that it does not matter what system you if you are small and isolated.
And its not about socialism or capitalism, it's about buildg well working institutes, which Ugo failed to do or even didnt try.
Singapore on other hand managed to do it.
