It has some, but not very many. Most homeless people live in temporary accommodation like shelters and hostels and stuff like that, the actual number sleeping rough is in the low thousands at any one time.

I prefer the UK over this shithole. My brother lives in the UK and it's pretty comfy if you can handle the endless banter because Dutch. I would live there if they allowed it.

Calling bullshit, even my little town of 80,000 has three tent cities all in drainage ditches because nobody ever thinks to look down into them. It's only 50 people but at least four of them are convicted sex offenders, two are confirmed to be mentally retarded (were arrested when they tried breaking into a house), and one of them is fleeing justice. There's about 300 homeless people total if you count the ones living in their cars though, but those ones tend to have jobs so they're not checking unlocked cars for loose change at night.

It's even bigger inside a proper city.

I live in a 90% white suburb but even here people are too cheap to clean out the homeless people living in the area between the gated communities. They only go after people using the bus stop outside on the main thoroughfares, but then again the only people using the bus are poor people anyway. About a third of them are minors since there's a train track nearby so they just ride in from Mexico, they walk a few miles to the south and work the fields with all the homeless illegal immigrants living out of their cars.
