Do you like the Netherlands?
Do you like the Netherlands?
I love the Netherlands! They're the best country on Earth and I want to live there!
Yes, best country on earth. I don't want other people to come live here though.
Same.
Yeah it's a cute swamp
I like the Upperlands
I've always wondered, how does one feel living in a small country that you can cross in a couple hours? There must be something different about your mentality.
I'm going to come to your country and steal its white genes.
You La Creatura should stay away.
There's nothing to see there anyway. If you want to go to the Netherlands, you might as well visit Germany instead

I like those missionary videos.
What about their taxes?
Basically what we talk about on Jow Forums sometimes. Without the insults. One thing is hard for me to imagine is buying things in small amounts frequently. I am lazy and that sounds like a major hassle. Maybe, as he noted, that's why people eat less too.
Amsterdam is kinda cool for a short trip
Rotterdam is horrible
It's pretty easy when you're less than a 10 minute walk away from the grocery.
What about it?
That's what I am asking about.
>Maybe, as he noted, that's why people eat less too.
You perception is wrong.
In Europe, you don't need to walk even 1000 yards to get FRESH food. The food culture is different.
Because everything is so densely populated it is very viable here to put shops everywhere. So normally you don't have to travel a lot to get your things.
And Dutch people have a bit of an obsession with fresh food. And a genuine phobia for artificial flavors and preservatives. I don't know exactly why.
In the Netherlands food manufacturers do everything to avoid having to put the e-numbers on their list of ingredients. And usually just try to find a named alternative. But the funny thing is that things like vitamin c is also an e-number. But we won't have it.
>ingredient: E948
>AAAH THERE IS OXYGEN IN MY FOOD
Why this map? Why just Amsterdam and Harlingen, of all places? WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!?
>vitamin c
Industrially produced one
Same with citric acid
And even strawberry flavour
Probably food is more expensive too? I mean as as a percentage of income. Here you can buy healthy food too but you can also buy cheap shitty food and that's what most people do. Because eating healthy is expensive.
There is no reason for cheap food, unless you have 5 kids to feed.
In Switzerland, I pay $600-1000 mounthly depending on my mood. This includes rather expensive Citterio salami, Lindt choclets, fresh fruits and good meat.
I could go down to maybe $300 a month by buying ingredients and cooking myself. Again, this is an option for a family. It need planing.
The ballpark numbers sound very similar. You can spend as much as you want on groceries here. 300 to 1000 and more easily. Depends on your income. But lots of people spend a lot more since they eat out a lot and also order take out food etc. So they may still eat pretty unhealthy but spend a shit ton of money on food. Also, my guess is that not too many people here prefer to cook their own meals from scratch on a regular basis.
Yes, because they make gabber music.
Yes
this mostly. Only people who can actually contribute (not muh cultural enrichment) to the country should be allowed to come here.
We have already infiltrated Britain to its highest ranks, the Netherlands would make a nice entryway to the mutt assimilation of the rest of Europe. Plus, as a manlet I really don't like how tall you all are so it'll be nice to see your height genes get taken away too. Nothing personnel
Let's be honest, nobody can truly contribute to someone else's culture especially as small and closed as yours. Small countries like yours should not allow immigration, period.
>"Flemish" "language"
sorry only chads are allowed there:
does he sound any good in the 2nd video?
Indistinguishable were his short words. But his sentence was grammatically faulty and the pronounciation sloppy.
I still didn't get an answer on what do you think about your taxation system.
can germans speak good dutch if they try?
Never met one who could. The meme answer is they can not.
I don't leave my city let alone my province. Netherlands could be 10000 times as big and I wouldn't notice.
No it's gay
This honestly.
It's actually pretty stupid. I live so close to so many interesting places but only leave my city once a year or maybe twice to go on holiday. I don't even visit nearby places.
People go to their local supermarket, they often work in nearest by city, they're married to someone from their own province. Nobody really thinks the Netherlands is small.
It's something some people can come to terms with. I for one am content with this. Gimme a comfy safe town so I can turn to family matters or some form of personal pursuit.
It's used to be better, but it isn't as bad as it was 10 years ago anymore nowadays
>they're married to someone from their own province.
hmm, can that be a problem? birth defects?
No it's just that since our country is small, our world is very small too. Everything you need can be found within a small circle. The country is super dense, but also packed with 'things to do' that aren't nature.
So you can live your life within a rather small area but still have everything you need including stuff that goes beyond a supermarket and hospital.
My province alone has 3,6 million people, so that's unlikely.
We have town specific illnesses

Flanders for social people
Yes it's a great country with great people and a beautiful language and culture.
