Most of those proposals unironically wouldn't work. I'll give you 2 examples:

1. Amnesty. What he sees as amnesty, criminals see as an opportunity to commit crimes without impunity

2. Corruption. He assumes his government would be corruption free and that's not the case, not even in 1st world countries. In contrast though, we have seen how left-wing governments tend to be more corrupt on average than right-wing governments on a global scale. His tenure could be an exception to the rule though and actually be transparent.

He has in his favor the anti-establishment sentiment among your population, and that actually is an increasing trend globally.

We have presidential elections tomorrow and even though most likely we'll elect a right wing candidate again, which is something good, we'll probably see our 1st ever left wing government in 2022 due this anti-establishment trend that doesn't seem to stop that I mentioned previously.

Example there is a Manufacturer (MFR), Distributor (DST), Transporter (TRN), Retailer (RTL), Consumer (CMR)

It costs the MFR $1 to manufacture product; a DST such as a wholesaler purchases it for $2 from the MFR and charges the RTL $3 for it, TRN costs adds an additional $0.50 to the product cost. RTL then pays the DST/TRN a sum of $3.5 then goes and charges $7 to the consumer. There was in fact never a scarcity of the product requiring that chain. The consumer could have purchased it fromthe MFR for $1 were there not added costs. A retailer may tell you it costs $7 because it costs them a lot of money to acquire the product due to the difficulty of the process but they don't truly need to charge $7, thus false scarcity.

The war isn't against the poor farmers, the army is actively engaging in combat against sicarios. Granting amnesty to the poor farmers isn't going to stop that. He only says he won't get people OUT of jail (good) but doesn't discard an amnesty towards the ones actively fighting the war (not the farmers) from outside the jails
