Don't know about Turkmenistan or Uzbekistan. Don't think same could be said about Kazakhstan as the two main factors of radicalisations here are:
1. Terrible economics and overall frustration in government
2. "repressed" uzbek minorities
You can't say the same about them since 1) there aren't poor, in fact kazakh are pretty wealthy, especially for the region and 2) i don't know about their relations with uzbeks but i definitely haven't heard about violent ethnic clashes there like in our cunt.
