"RARE" posting came from Jow Forums when they got flags. You're just ousting yourself as a retarded tangrina Jow Forums cross-poster. Jow Forums handled rare flag posting much more elegantly, adding the flag to their collection and replying "neat" to the flag (most posters seen most rare flags so they just call them a proxyfag now).
