Collecting rainwater is only illegal in extreme dessert areas that get fuck all for rain any the wild life needs every bit it can. Even then it's not illegal, but there are restrictions on how it can be done for health and safety reasons.
Kinder eggs aren't illegal, just banned from import due to them being food with inedible parts. You can't sell food that has something inside that isn't food, that's not exactly extreme.
Also Europe as far more blue laws than the US, I mean most stores in the US except for small shops are open on Sunday, almost nothing is open on a Sunday in Europe
