Why the BMW or the Camaro when you can have an Alfa Romeo Giulia?

>Alfa
but we Jow Forums users are beta desu

Porsche engineering is worthy of the hype. Mercedes and Audi are overrated and BMW is trash.

BMW is a 'luxury' type vehicle; even M variants. They aren't primarily equipped for racing, but for feeling comfortable and fast; rather than actually being fast.

Whether that is worth the premium to you is a different story.

>actually caring about cars
lol

>American brand
>20mpg

Japanese cars have around 32 mpg. So much for shitty American built cars. Even the Chinese have cars that outlast American trash.

>t. chang qui long

woof
I want one badly

>V8 sports cars have worse gas mileage than I4 econoboxes that make a third the horsepower
Wow no shit. LC500 is also about 20MPG combined.

Why has Alfa Romeo subsided so much? Alfas were among the top sellers in the 90's early 00's

look closely it even has the 4can logo

No, only kraut meme magicians can achieve what Porsche has achieved. The rest can fuck off - BMW, Audi, MB, VW.

You used the last gen Camaro, the new one is a lightyear ahead in performance. Still, no front engine car can beat the 911 in 0 to 60 because most of the weight is right over the rear wheels. Also PDK is the worlds fastest automatic.

kek

german cars are okay but why are their motorcycles bastard...

kek

Let's take the newer Corvette which hasn't even been completely tested (burgerking).

>959, F40, F1, Koenigseggs, Paganis and Lambos, etc etc were never real achievements because of the price
OK. This Tarbo S starts at $161k

fuck this

>pleb car vs luxury car

It's all about that one thing ... what was it ... ah yes longevity.

A car should last at least 10 to 15 years or +500,000 KM before you need to replace the engine etc.

Newer models of any manufacturer do not life long but there are plenty of older models that can achieve that range or age without major problems.

Oh and my brother always talks about Vollgasfest which means you can drive full throttle for as long as you have fuel in a high quality car.

But who gives a crap about cars anyway nowadays. They are loud and smell bad and cost a lot of money to buy and maintain and so on.

German cars often have great build quality aside from the electronics.
I've got a 1.9L diesel VW, with 207k miles (330k KM) on it. The transmission is not shifting as well as it once was, but the thing just keeps on driving, and overall *feels* better than an American/Jap car of the same year.

>a Greek made this post
IMAGINE MY SHOCK

Current American cars blow eurotrash out of the water

I have a Ford
fiesta
>luxury cars
Even in maintenance the cost is downright luxurious.

How did a 3l manage to get shitter fuel economy than a 150kg heavier, 6.2l V8 Amermutt mobile? That is a feat of engineering in itself.

this

I need to do lewd stuff with Giulia
