How popular is PC gaming in your country?
Overwhelming. Thanks to torrents.
Everyone and his mom does it.
The BBC won't shut the fuck up about kids enjoying themselves playing video games albeit on tablets/consoles.
Then the boomers won't shut the fuck up about how they should be outside playing sports
Judging by the popularity of sites like OCUK I think it's fairly popular in our country user.
Ps nuke London
I have a computer which is 10 years old and is laggy with half life 1.
Boomers should die.
My guts
Who the fuck still owns a PC? Is it 2008 again?
thats the inside of a computer not your guts, silly user
70% pc gaming 30% consoles because consoles cost like 600 dollars here
>tfw massively interested in pc gaming as a kid but never had a decent computer until i was 16 and had a real job and now i dont even give a shit about my gaming pc and 100 game collection on steam
very, most people are too poor to afford consoles. i think almost everyone is a pc gamer since the late 90s, before we still played NES clones lmao
Its kinda the opposite here, pc parts (mostly mid-high tier GPU's) cost an arm and a leg and most people would rather buy a console bundle than a single GTX 1060
>100 games on steam
lol
i started late and i dont buy games i wouldn't play
Not much. It's all about Playstation and Nintendo here.
this. I built a $4000 beauty of a setup and I was utterly bored with it after a couple months. Ended up selling it to fund other hobbies/savings
Weird in the UK PC gaming is the expensive autismo option because most people who choose PC choose it for the high end graphics but most normies will just buy a console.
>fund other hobbies
Like what?
Relatively popular, but it's still mostly console plebs.
Old PCs are cheap, so nomies just play Dota, CS and other stuff that doesn't require high-end hardware.
I work at a school. All the cool kids own an expensive pc and a Switch to show off their Fortnite skills. The poorer kids own a ps4 and only play Fifa
it is the only thing we have
oh and mobile games
terrible air flow
Whats wrong?
hot spots within your rig
What?
Fuck casuals.
t. Sweden
the key to happiness is to play non mainstream games like
Subnautica
Insurgency Sandstorm
Red Orchestra
Deep Rock Galactic
and titles like that.
All of those games are mainstream. Play DCSS and
diving and gym mostly but also got some new tools for my watch repair
Pretty popular but I'd say a small majority play console
It's too fucking expensive so every normie plays fifa on the ps4

Extremely. Not even joking. Everyone plays on pc. Consoles are pleb level.
Also we started Dreamhack. Worlds largest LAN
cyber cafes are really common and popular even today, you'd get the typical games like CS, Dota etc. there along with like a hundred others that no one ever plays. They used to be pretty much everywhere, but these days most of them are only located near colleges and uni
There's also been universities that offer courses on gaming in recent years
but they should be playing sports
I have friends who are sports teachers or someshit and say a lot of kids nowadays are fat and uncoortdinated at moving and shit
General rule is that intake comes in from the front and bottom, and exhausts from the top and the back. Positive pressure (that is to say, more intake than exhaust) is preferred unless you lack fans or want more dust in your computer. Also, radiator is ideally in the pull position, or otherwise you will need to take it down every once in awhile to blow it out.
No ssd?
Back in primary school I was the only person in my class who had a PC with internet connection, so every so often some classmates who live nearby would come over and pay to play on my PC instead of going to the cafe
those were the days....
Much more popular than console gaming, because consoles are expensive and less universal. Most of people have old PCs for playing on low specs. Though, young people like to spend their money on their PCs.
My PC is pretty old, i5-2500k and 1050Ti, but it's better than like 50-60% of people have here.
>1050
>old
user please tell me you arent one of these people who "upgrade" their gpu every year. You are supposted to buy mid level gpu every ~3rd generation for optimal pc master race experience, not buy low tier every gen...
Where the fuck is your PSU? And why do you slap fan on evey empty slot? You want air to flow straight from front to end if the case, not to form hurricane and tornado inside :-D
