stay away from headsets and get studio headphones instead. they cost a lot for a good reason

AHVA (IPS) and VA can do 165Hz these days and there are new panels coming out every year. Can't really see a good reason to get TN panels these days, unless you're REALLY serious about those response times

With roommates or on your own? Where I live it isn't possible to have your own apartment without a fairly good job. Full time at minimum wage isn't enough, and I have no idea how NEETs do it unless they are in government housing (which you wont get unless you are a single mother or immigrant), rent is just too high and bux isn't enough to even share a house with roommates.

Rent is usually not the concern, the abhorrent shortage of apartments is (most landlords that rent out use a queueing system based on number of days you've been registered)

My place is 650 EUR a month which is definitely on the steep end for a 56 sqm one
