Hello I'm from Ukraine and I have a question for Canadians.
As for me, Canada is one the best countries in the world: socially safe, calm, with tolerant people. Canadians are much prettier than Americans, for example.
However, I saw a lot of comments on LinkedIn in Trudeau page, that some Canadians don't like "socialism" current government is doing. Are they stupid or there's just something I don't know?

since we don't live in the garden of eden but in the valley of sorrows, there'll always be bad things happening around us even in the most peaceful and sophisticated society around, and there will always be a desire to identify those problems and find someone or something to pin the blame on.

They're called partisan trolls, tovarisch. Trudeau is far from a socialist. He's economically centre-right, he's pro-pipeline, pro-big business, etc. He's basically a neoliberal.
It costs a lot to live in Canada, but the average wage is also decent. We pay a lot more than we should sometimes, and the government is mildly corrupt or just incompetent when it comes to things like contracting and resource management. That said, Canadians complain a lot, and life here is still fine for now.
