Reminds me of that time some college/university wanted to put a giant american flag on the side of one of their buildings.
The flag was so big they had to put it on the ground to unroll it from shipment and stretch it over before lifting it to it's designated position.
And americans went fucking mental over it because HUYRYRRRRR da flag cant be on da ground cus das disrespect!

When I was in second grade, I was the designated flag-carrier for graduation. It was attached to a giant metal staff which was really heavy for a 7 year old, so naturally I wasn't able to lift it very high and some of the flag touched the ground. Despite again, being 7, people freaked out and were furious at me.
