I'm a flag sperg. Let me sperg about flags.

Objectively, the UK is the best flag. It's completely unique in the flag world but is itself a composite of the different kingdoms that make it up. It is a very strong example of how an abstract series of geometric shape can represent a country, its land, its people, and history perfectly. Unfortunately, what the UK flag now represents is a demoralized and miserable people willfully subjugated to Islam.

I consider any flag with these elements shit:

- Tricolors using ordinary primary colors. Special exception to France for being the birthplace of the revolution.

- Any national flag with a fucking national seal on it (Afghanistan, Mexico).

- Any national flag with writing on it (Da'esh, Saudi Arabia)

Special flags I like:

- All of the Japanese district flags. They are very uniform, but distinct, and use wild colors.

- Nepal and Switzerland for being nonstandard and distinct. Switzerland incorporates the white + into his passports effectively.

- Wales and Bhutan for having motherfucking dragons.

- DPRK, unironically, for having one of the most visually appealing flags in the world. It is also a non-standard size (longer length-wise than normal), can be extended indefinitely on its length to create banners, and is notable for being one of the only communist flag with blue (the other being the Congo).

- The Benin Empire. Pick related.
I hope u have enjoyed my flag talk thx u

You need to do better research. Dutchflag is hundreds of years older than frenchflag. They kind of started this whole Tricolors thing (1577). (Peter the Great from Russia literally came to the Netherlands to learn shipbuilding and fuck around.) Also: decleration of independence was based upon dutch Plakkaat van Verlatinghe 1581, but written in the same time period as the french revolution.. two hundred years later.
