If you really must nitpick, the domestic Soviet/Russian MiGs have never been actually tested in combat unless maybe Afghanistan (but there wouldn't have been any dogfighting there anyway, just bombing ground targets). All other instances where they've seen use were the export version which doesn't have all the domestic MiGs' capabilities.
