when you look at any "good cv example" on Google or anywhere else, I think it's pretty standard to have an A4 page of information, most of them have even more since I have big headers there.

I literally work in Devbridge group as Test Engineer with high school diploma. If you have any actual skills, diploma isn't necessarily needed.

Yeah I was trying to get a job here in a clothing shop company where the job position was literally talking to customers in English, taking orders, generally just dealing with them etc. and even my cousin was working there. She told me to send CV there as I know English better than anyone there, I did that and eventually didn't get it, she said they expect a university degree for that kind of thing. Same with another company selling jewels online. It is not necessarily needed, but it is often needed for useless shit. It is the life in cuckshed as you call it, especially when a bunch of uni hipsters come, create shitty companies and expect people to have high education for them. Obviously if you have experience, you will not need a diploma, but that is an entirely different thing. No one graduates high school and just goes to IT company while just knowing how to use a browser.

That's because you're aiming for the lowest jobs possible positions that barely pay above minimum wage have these "viarslnykai" who expect you to have PhD in Economics, 5 year job experience fluent in 14 languages to work in a warehouse for 500 hours.

I don't know if you were in some smaller city, but try to look for logistics position, in bigger cities like Kaunas, Vilnius, Klaipeda I have quite a few acquaintances who only have vocational/trade school diplomas or college not uni diplomas and with no prior experience in this field getting fairly well paid jobs and main responsibilities are not that different from your mainly keeping in touch with clients and finding shipments and routes.

if the proposed law regarding salaries passes here in Lithuania, from next year I will be getting over 600 € instead of ~460 € on paper. the thing is that after taxes I get 410, and with 600 € on paper I will get 417 € after taxes. we will look so good statistically, when in reality after taxes it's so shit. also there is a pension calculator, if I input my wage there now, it says that if I got this same wage my whole life until seniority, my pension would be less than 250 €. I know that it's not like that at all in CZ. That's why people with nearly same minimal wage there still live like 10 times better.
