I don't think AGAs here have an upper class label at all. I don't think Swedes even know what AGA stoves are for the most part (the company yes, not the stoves).

Yes, but there's nothing more British upper class than calling everything upper class for upper middle class, so I don't take your word for it.

That's a middle class attitude: the upper and lower classes do not care about class whatsoever.

I dunno, you're right that only middle class people obbsess over the concept of class but upper class people obbsess over the actual signifiers of class, like what job you have or how you spend your money it's just they don't relate it back to their social class.

The upper classes either do not have jobs, or are constrained by etiquette not to talk about them, or money.

They don't talk about work but they still care what you do, like what businesses you own or what government position you hold.
