It's a wax pen with, generic but it's still a hundred times better than any method where you burn the herb.

The real reason Europeans roll spliffs regularly is because in most places in Europe, weed is a lot more expensive by weight than it is in the Americas.

This gives the impression that "It costs so much more for so much less, so it MUST be really rare and high-quality!" When in actuality it's just a higher markup for similar product because it's a bitch to get it into the country and it can often be harder to grow within the country too.

So to get the same number of "joints" from $60 (or the equivalent in Euros, Pounds, Deutschmarks, etc.) worth of weed, Europeans usually need to cut it with tobacco, since the equivalent of $60 won't get you an entire Q of pure weed there.

5g for $20 or a Q for $50-$60 is the average price in Canada, even before legalization.
From what I've heard, it costs almost 20%-30% more for weed of similar quality in Europe.
