Yes you can, there are usually bikes for renting here on the coast aswell. Too many tourists tho. Only recommendation would be to try and see quiet little towns along the coast, it will definitely be superior expirience unless you enjoy the tourist mass feeling.

I'm a chill Balkanite. Tbh, most sane people from here actually hate the powers that set this whole shithole in motion. Most of all America and NATO. They fucked us over for good. And the amount of double standards at play against the Serbs is insane. I don't blame the Croats or the Albos because they're benefiting from all of it but it does suck for us. But we're all puppets here

Winter is very popular everywhere, so coast and north. I would say perfect timing is May. Tourists just coming here and there but no masses and its not insanely warm. Best timing for exploring imo. I guess mid summer is best if you wanna meet tourists. Its getting more and more crowded every year, game of thrones meme people are everywhere in the few coastal cities where they filmed aswell. Thats all the important info i guess. Oh and avoid going to big restaurants if you wanna save money and buy food in stores. People complain its getting too expensive because they expect things to be cheap, but its because they eat at such places.
