Romania's salary is rising because their governement is racking up a large deficit and debt to raise salaries and cut taxes. Their GDP growth is also pretty much only fuelled by the consumption that resulted + EU money. Inevitably their inflation will jump which will decrease consumption. Romanian productivity is stagnating. Private investments are in the negative. They don't spend on education, healthcare or infrastructure. Just ask any Romanian ITT about the state of their motorways and railways.
Its more like a one-time bump thats already predicted to slow down by next year.
Unless they do soem real structural reforms they'll never surpass V4, at best converge to their level.
