North korea and japan

The most important issue in the relationship between North Korea and Japan is the Japanese abduction case.
Japan is trying to solve this problem, but the North Koreans are asking for more than $ 100 billion, including comfort women(They were molested.), colonial reprisals, etc., instead of solving the problem.
What do you think about it?

Tens of Japs have been conjectured to be abducted by Kim family.
But I think hundreds of South Koreans too.

it's pretty dumb of north korea to take it for granted they would get gibs from japan. certainly japan gave shekels to south korea in 1965 and occasional gibs since then, but that was an exceptional case; no western country has ever paid indemnity to former colonies, on the contrary they often demanded payment for independence as compensation for their investment in infrastructure and shit which would be transferred to a new nation. korea is not exception to this, and this is true especially for north: the reason why north was richer than south until 1970s was because of the infrastructure and industries japan had left more there, which is also evident from their national emblem (pic related) based off of a huge hydro power station japan constructed. they still benefit from what japan left.

>At the time of its completion, the dam was the largest in Asia, and power station was third-largest (after Hoover Dam and Wilson Dam) hydroelectric power station in the world. It is still the largest hydroelectric power station on the Yalu River. Power produced at the dam's main 630 MW power station is evenly shared between China and North Korea. The dam is featured on the national emblem of North Korea.

knowing these, modern japanese aren't as apologetic as they used to be, especially after all the abduction and missile issues.

we love you papa Korea
nuke this cursed island full of jap monkeys ok?

japan was forced to pay war reparations to korea by america. don't act like japan acted on its own goodwill after japan destroyed korean cultural sites and burned documents. and don't pretend like korea didn't help build up japan in the past with all its schools and industries

>destroyed korean cultural sites and burned documents
Like they had anything significant enough to be preserved.
>korea didn't help build up japan in the past
big deal. that part has been compensated grandly.
