Most US states are the same. The only unique states I can think of would be Hawaii, Alaska, California and Texas. Everything else is boring and is no different to one and eachother. Therefore, I pick Europe due to vast amount of cultural differences between all of the respective nations as it would be a lot more interesting and entertaining.

I’d rather visit all of my home country before I travel somewhere else that I don’t even know the language of. I’ve only ever been to a couple of states so I have plenty I still haven’t seen. Besides the Euro tourists I’ve met have been pretty annoying to hang around for extended periods of time.

USA has nice landscapes but if you're for cultural value then there's no competition. Even small and "irrelevant" European countries have some beautiful and unique places.
