because it looked legit. then it looked like it was a scam. then it turned out to be legit but we lost all our money anyway REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

It is legit. It’s literally weeks away from a beta and is a well developed dapp with a unique usecase.

Because etheroll was one of the most successful ICOs in history with a 27x return. So what does Jow Forums do? It puts its money in a copycat whilst smugly proclaiming the original, vastly successful one, to be 'inferior', 'reddit' etc. Jow Forums has ALWAYS done this.

Biz used to shill LISK when ETH was 10 USD lmao.

this ignores the ebet whitepaper and premise which seemed very legit at the time(still does despite being burned so hard). be honest and admit the only dodgy part of the ico was the anonymous developer, who is still active today.

MONEY FOR NOTHING AND YOUR CHICKS FOR FREE

Ebet's a completely different project in terms of its scale and aims compared to etheroll. User defined house edge

See you're missing the point. It doesn't matter whether the WP is better, this market is not driven entirely by fundamentals. First mover advantage is crucial in this game. You have to think in terms of demographics, of all the normies in crypto buying TRX and XRP, how many are gonna buy a smart gambling token? That's a small percent. A lot of them will buy and profit off the first decent one, like Etheroll, then you ask 'who is then going to buy the 'better' ethbet' and the answer will be simply people who didnt buy etheroll. This market is like russian nesting dolls of hype driven and product driven markets.

The more specific the use case, the smaller the market that will invest, the faster that space gets saturated. EBET just can't get enough traction because this is an ADD market and everyones moving on to the next hot thing.

i dont disagree with anything you said, but you say 'everyone moves on to the next hot thing' and naturally, this could be the next hot thing? especially
