Nah, I'm not in US. In my country you only owe taxes when cashing out to fiat. Not sure I would even bother with crypto if I was supposed to pay taxes on every trade, even losing ones.

It's not really the best idea. I held some mediocre coins for way too long during Spring and Summer of 2017. I made profit when I finally decided to sell them, but I would've been much better off trading for bitcoin and holding, or buying into more promising projects.
