People cringe because they have empathy. If you don't cringe at anything at all then you're probably a sociopath. That doesn't mean anyone who doesn't cringe at this particular video is a sociopath, maybe they don't have empathy because they've just never been that awkward so can't understand it but if you have no problem watching anything without cringing you're probably just incapable of empathy.
