Punishment for overthrowing our Holocaust law.

I can't relate to this.

>actually paying for using this shit
why

>it's a select all vehicles captcha
>captcha doesn't have vehicles at all, has signs

Attached: Screenshot_20180628_232822.png (411x580, 250K)

I used to live in China and I'll be back there very soon

So press skip dumbass

When it asks you to select sings are you supposed to include the post?

>keep selecting roads
>it just gives more and more roads
>finally done
>red text, failed
>given another one

you can also select the signs anyway, and assuming you're consistent enough, the google bot will accept it. the important thing is that you always select one of the known elements. which one is less important, although your chance to fail is of course higher if you take the wrong element.

No

Why did they make it so you had to do the nu captcha? What was wrong with old captcha? Robots got too smart for it?

Three reasons, I think. First is for Google maps and streetview context information. Secondly, general AI training. They're trying to figure out how humans perceive objects by aggregating our behavior. This is important for self-driving vehicles, most notably.

Yes robots can read plain text now. Shit like Yandex will straight up translate foreign memes. And everyone threw a bitch fit when we had the shitty hard text captchas, rightfully so.

damn so they get their self-driving engine from 4chin

>captch box fades and takes 7 seconds to load the next one so you spend a minute doing captcha

Attached: grenade_todd_2.png (253x389, 111K)

If self-driver cars need my help to identify other cars and stop signs, they need a LOT of fucking help.

How does it even work? Sometimes I click all the correct things and it fails and others I click cars even though it says street signs and I pass.
How does this help anything when what I click doesn't have to be correct?

not just from Jow Forums but all the other sites that use it

like those porn affiliate links?

So how do they know if you've selected the right one or not? if they themselves can't recognize it?

they accept the cars instead of street signs because it's another element it knows about. you're basically fooling the AI and disrupting the learning process. this is a great way to foil google's plans

There was a big scandal where a robot tried to identify certain image "that is a boat" etc. But it was calibrated on lightskinned people apparently because it label a group of black people as "gorilla" like something in Jow Forums meme.

I think they had to retire that robot after that one...sorry sparky we need you for parts.

That's just one possible application. It's way more important to understand how humans differentiate between certain objects that look undifferentiated to a computer. That's generalizable.

they let some captchas slip by free the first time

nah like shopping sites and shit use captcha

Their ai can recognize it. Anyone who thinks otherwise is quite wrong. Computers are smart n sheet

Supervised and unsupervised machine learning. Google it.

Just use noscript captcha, idiots

Attached: ss (2018-06-28 at 03.41.10).jpg (398x551, 78K)

I'm not actually wearing my tinfoil hat when I fill out the captcha but if I get an image with no cars I might as well click the street signs since it's just as fast as clicking skip.

They have two or three images that have been verified by many users before you and then they'll throw in a fourth that the computer is not sure about. When enough users have identified it as [whatever], it's considered verified and is added to the former category. In its most basic form, anyway.

Fucking hate those ones. Just use the refresh button and get a different one (usually works but sometimes it will just keep giving you the fade-out kind over and over until you give up and solve one).

>select all the cars
ok
>no that was wrong, now do another one

Attached: 1515166158125.png (1280x720, 1.66M)

maybe that's just bs and it doesn't really know but it just wants you to do another because it detected that you've got patience

you got played by a bot, son

Alright I'll give you lads a small lesson.

Google trained captcha in the beginning by what is called supervised machine learning. They had a picture, selected the bananas and told the machine "those are bananas".
The machine identified that object from then on as bananas.

Later on you had unsupervised learning. The machine basically has no idea what the fuck it's doing but looking for similarities.
It will show a picture of an bus and ask you to choose the bus. This model has no idea what a bus looks like, but since everybody clicks on the bus, that part of the image is considered as a bus.

Get it?
So if everyone clicks something that is not to the image related, Google captcha thinks that's the correct answer and that's often why captcha's work despite giving the wrong answer.

>because it detected that you've got patience
From how it makes me fill out half a dozen captcha per post? Sometimes it makes me do closer to fucking ten.

Fucking hate this shit.

Source?

>purposefully klick on niggers

I unironically went through near 50 the other day before it let me post. Jewmoot's really been upping the ante lately.

>it's a "click on x until all x are gone" captcha
>click skip
>it's another one
>skip again
>finally a "select all squares with x"
>succeed
>have to do another one
>succeed
>have to do another one
>succeed
>have to do another one
>somehow fail

FUCK IT.

I couldn't post for a few hours the other day because it thought I was a bot.

jewgle wants self driving cars
thats the reason it wants you to show him cars, roads, (((store))) fronts and road signs

I've been using a pass for years. This place needs to be fiscally viable. If it ever shuts down, I'll just quit my job and find a new one. I'll become an hero

5 cents a day to not bother with captchas is easily worth it

>select all squares containing crosswalks

Attached: 1530094168981.jpg (400x388, 27K)

>there's never a fucking crosswalk

it bothers me that joogle is benefiting out of my hard work solving all these CAPTCHAS

there's no way they're not using the human input info for their own profit

You used to be able to screw with them during the text-captcha era.

Attached: 1500212628991.jpg (996x887, 160K)

you can still use legacy caprcha i think

No, it got removed for good a while back.

>select every last square of street signs or stores
>doesn't verify

Attached: 1528495065382.jpg (723x800, 93K)

>select all the cars
>the image is a street sign
>click skip
>no, sorry, you're wrong, try again

>'click on x until all x are gone' Captcha
>misclick, pick an incorrect one
>know the captcha is gonna fail on you
>click next
>it forces you to keep picking

>you are forced to pick images knowing the captcha will fail
>it, of course, fails

Attached: hqdefault.jpg (480x360, 11K)

Why don't you use use the noscript captchas? 4chanX or Dollchan support them. l

test

gookmoot wants everyone to buy Jow Forums gold account.

this

>tfw only have to check "I'm not a robot"
>sometimes I don't even have to do it

Attached: winning.jpg (326x299, 39K)

there are vehicles in the background you dumb jew

.

No, that's not how captchas work.

Captchas are provided as a free service by Google because they are used as human double checking for Google AI training.

Old Captchas were usually text because you were training the Google Library AI, that was being used to catalog every written book digitally into an archive.

Now the pictures are almost always related to stores, cars and signs because you're double checking to assist in training their self driving car AI.

The reason you can be told you're wrong is because you're double checking the bots initial guess. The bot already parsed all these captchas and selected what it believes to be the cars/sign/etc and you're coming along and approving that it did it properly. When it says you failed, what it's really doing is seeing that it guessed the cars wrong and giving you a different one to verify.

>You can only shitpost on Jow Forums if you help your future AI overlords learn
I don't like this timeline. How do I change it??

Attached: 1523344041152.png (645x773, 24K)

everything is fine there is no need for change

I have no fucking idea how to solve the roads one

>select x until there are none left
>last square is x 25 times in a row

Attached: 1304376955947.png (600x450, 457K)

That means you're logged in to a Jewgle account and Jewgle gets to spy on you via analytics. They give an easier time to good goyim like you on purpose.

>have to solve 5 captchas when posting from work
>have to solve 2 when posting from home
Can't be tied to my google acc since I'm logged in at both locations.

What fucking gives, google?

>it's a bridge captcha

I wan t legacy captcha damnit

select the side road
