you could even install a second browser (chrome, firefox, opera, idgaf) disable images on it and use it solely for Jow Forums.

Also there are certain file name formats you can filter, or if you see the same image repeatedly with the same name, it's probably the same person posting it and you can filter out that filename. I don't exactly how to do the format type one, like I know some people do it for phoneposters to spot them with the 16 digit hexidecimal format
