I'm not sure what you all are expecting. You can deploy your own node to the ropsten network right now (jonny has already done this) and deploy the test contract they have on the site.

Thomas has said they are only testing a single node, they aren't suddenly going to drop the reputation and aggregation contracts, and based on what we've seen so far I'm begining to believe him when he says they'll be working on that entirely publicly.

It's going to be some time before the ropsten test network as most of you imagine it is live.
