Absolutely not. Taxco used to be very safe but now all the state of Guerrero is a mess. It's still very touristic tho.

It's beautiful, I went there last year and really enjoyed it, the inside of the church is opulent as fuck, don't think I'll ever see a place with that much shit covered in gold again.
